These terms govern the use of all Revit hatch pattern files (“Files”) purchased or downloaded from The Student Architect (“Provider”) and constitute a legal agreement between the end user (“You”) and the Provider.
By downloading, accessing, or using the Files, You agree to the following terms:
1. LICENSE GRANT
The Provider grants You a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Files for personal, academic, or commercial design purposes within your own internal design workflows or client projects.
2. PERMITTED USES
You may:
- Use the Files in your own architectural or design projects
- Modify or scale the Files within your Revit software for internal use
- Include drawings or documents that utilize these patterns in project deliverables (e.g., PDFs, presentations, printed plans)
3. RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the Files in original or modified form
- Include the Files in any product, bundle, template, resource library, or collection intended for resale or distribution
- Upload the Files to any public platform, website, digital marketplace, or file-sharing service
- Claim the Files as your own intellectual property
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Files remain the intellectual property of The Student Architect. This license does not grant You any ownership of the Files. Unauthorized use or distribution of the Files constitutes a violation of these terms and may result in legal action.
5. NO WARRANTIES
The Files are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. The Provider shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from use or misuse of the Files. It is Your responsibility to ensure compatibility and proper use within your Revit environment.
6. TERMINATION
This license is effective until terminated. The license will terminate automatically without notice if You fail to comply with any provision of this agreement. Upon termination, You must cease all use and delete all copies of the Files in your possession.
7. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Rhode Island, without regard to conflict of law principles.
8. REFUND POLICY
Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final and non-refundable. If you experience technical issues accessing the files or content, please reach out here, and I’ll do my best to help resolve the issue.
